“Blessed”, Luke 1:39-56

ASSUMPTION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY 

In the midst of our own challenges and uncertainties, the figure of Mary, taken up into heaven, invites us to look beyond temporal difficulties and to trust in the promise of eternal life. The Assumption of Mary is, first and foremost, a message of hope: our existence has a transcendental purpose, and death is not the end, but the beginning of a full life in God. We ask ourselves: how are we living our faith? Are we committed to the values that Jesus and Mary taught us? Like her, we too are called to glory. Let us live every moment in the Company of Mary!
