JOHN 10:31-42

“THE LORD IS WITH ME.”

Faith, which is like a seed in the depths of the heart, blossoms when we allow ourselves to be “drawn” by the Father to Jesus, and “go to Him” with an open mind, with an open heart, without prejudices; then we recognize in his face the face of God and in his words the word of God. The Holy Spirit has made us enter into the relationship of love and life that exists between Jesus and God the Father and there we receive the gift, the virtue of faith (Pope Francis). Jesus invites you to believe in good works, so that you will believe in God the Father.

Today, we have the joy of knowing the work par excellence, the Resurrection of Jesus. That’s right, God raised him from the dead. JESUS IS ALIVE, and that shows us that Jesus Christ is God. Following today’s Gospel, let us ask ourselves: What does this text tell us?
