John’s disciples and Pharisees ask Jesus: “Why don’t your disciples fast?” Jesus responds with another question: “Can the wedding guests be sad while the bridegroom is with them? The day will come when their bridegroom will be taken away, and slot88 resmi then they will fast.” To be in the presence of the Lord, to enjoy his Spirit, is to live in deep joy, that which arises from the heart and not from the vanity or fleeting that the world offers. It is the joy that permeates life and challenges us to communicate the experience of celebration lived with the Risen One.
