“I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” (Jn. 10:11-18)

A hired shepherd runs away when he sees the wolf, but Jesus does not. He stays, takes charge and gives his life for us, because He loves us with the heart of a mother and father. Truly caring for someone means being there, through thick and thin. Sometimes, true harmony at home costs sacrifice and renunciation for love. Today, when conflicts or difficult moments arise in your relationships, do you tend to run away or do you face them with courage and dialogue? Feel deeply cared for by the Shepherd who never abandons you. Let us ask him for a generous heart to be a safe refuge and shoulder of comfort for our loved ones.
