“Work, not for food that perishes, but for food that endures to eternal life.” (Jn. 6:22-29)
Today a good part of humanity lives running all day, chasing achievements, recognition, money… And at the end of the day, they still feel empty, with a complaint on their lips. Jesus stops us today with affection and tells us: “Do not wear yourself out only in what is ending.” Taking care of our relationship with Him is the true nourishment that sustains us and fills us with deep peace. Today, what unnecessary worries are stealing your energy and disconnecting from what is important? Feel that He offers you a fullness that cannot be bought. Ask yourself: am I taking care of my inner world with the same enthusiasm with which I take care of other aspects of life?
