“He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood dwells in me, and I in him.” (Jn. 6:52-59)

“He in us and we in Him”… what a beautiful and profound intimacy! To receive Communion is not to fulfill a rite; it is to let the heart of Jesus beat inside ours, let his hands be ours, let his words come out of our mouths. And that union inevitably pushes us to be artisans of peace out there, where there is so much division and wounds. Today, does our faith remain hidden and comfortable, or does it move us to transform our environment? Feel the immense vitality of God filling your being. Ask yourself: Do my decisions and my dealings with people really reflect that Jesus lives in me?
