“I will give them rest.” Matthew 11, 28-30

The true meaning of this wait is the celebration of the Messiah who enters our history. It is a message especially addressed to those who today feel hopeless, overwhelmed by limits, daily difficulties, conflicts in relationships or exclusions that weigh on so many. In the midst of these human realities, the Father offers us, through his Son, a path of salvation that frees us from everything that prevents love from flowing and transforming our lives. Do we recognize our burdens and those we sometimes impose on others? What helps or hinders us and others from bringing God’s message to life and accepting the salvation that He offers us?
