“Do not hold on to me.” Jn. 20:1-2. 2, 11-18
Today we celebrate the feast of Mary Magdalene, a woman who knew how to love Jesus, alive, dead and risen. She always remained faithful to his love and succeeded in recognizing him in his many manifestations through faith.
It is wonderful to see how women give life to our communities, nourish and strengthen them, give them the impetus to go out and evangelize in the midst of difficulties.
Like Mary Magdalene, may we serve Jesus through a relationship that is loving, profound, simple and entire.
May she inspire us not to restrain people, missions, things and above all ourselves and to let Jesus manifest himself in his own way, as He wants and where He wants.
