“I will seek your face, O Lord.” Psalm 26

How precious it is to see all that the Lord has inspired, the best poems and songs. In today’s text we can see David inspired by God to recite one of the most beautiful Psalms that speak of the need, in the heart of the believer, to seek the Lord; This is a need that arises in us because of the restoration that Jesus Christ made in our relationship with the Father.

The invitation is to seek God with all our hearts, knowing that when we do, we will find Him, because He promised this. In prayer, let us say to Him today: Lord, my whole being longs for You! That is why I will always seek your face.
