Conversion of St. Paul

In today’s account, we see how Jesus chose and sent out his disciples, after sharing with them and teaching them by his own actions that their Father God is loving and merciful. Jesus knew and understood the need for this message to be spread throughout the world. This proclamation is only possible if one has a personal experience of encounter with Him, which is realized through the Word and the  sacramental life. Today Jesus calls us by name and invites us to continue to proclaim his message of salvation. Let us converse with Jesus, let us express to Him what we know about Him, in which way we identify ourselves and what we would like to make known through our lives, to the people who around us.
