The School La Enseñanza in Barranquilla began on February, 1941, committed to offering a Christian humanist education that, from the dialogue of faith-justice, faith-culture, faith-science and technology, focuses on an integral formation of persons and the transformation of society. Today it has an enrollment of about 800 students. Its Pedagogical Proposal responds to the educational challenges of a city that is in the process of transformation with growth in sustainability. The school is situated north of the city of Barranquilla, at Calle 86, No. 52-119 in a modern and developing area.

 

La Enseñanza School seeks to offer an educational proposal that responds to the needs of each person and that develops all their potential. Today we need autonomous people, able to make decisions, work as a team, who know how to use information with critical thinking skills to solve situations, aware of their capacities and limitations so that they will grow through their strengths, with great creativity, and that they will become socially mature beings.
