“Jesus said to them, ‘Come and eat.’ None of the disciples dared to ask him who He was.” (Jn. 21:1-14)

After a whole night of hard work and empty nets, discouragement sets in. But at dawn, they hear that unmistakable voice from the shore. Jesus not only gives them a hearty catch, but He also has breakfast ready, some burning coals and roasted fish. He is the God of details who takes care of our tiredness. When we exhaust ourselves trying to control everything alone, we lose our peace. Today, feel Him invite you to sit on that bank to rest.
